What is a centrifugal fan blower used for?

 

Centrifugal Fan used in to circulate and exchange air in buildings, warehouses, Mushroom farms, factories, Clean room and other enclosed Area. FD fan and ID fan are both types of centrifugal fans used in industrial settings to move air or gas. However, they have different roles and functions.

FD fan (Forced Draft fan) is used to push air or gas into a furnace, boiler, or other combustion chamber. FD fans typically have a higher static pressure and lower airflow rate than ID fans.


 

ID fan (Induced Draft fan) is used to draw the flue gases from the furnace, boiler, or other combustion chamber through the flue gas ducts and stack. The fan creates a negative pressure in the system, pulling the flue gases through the furnace and out of the stack, reducing the pressure inside the combustion system. ID fans typically have a lower static pressure and higher airflow rate than FD fans.
